Detailed Description
(Include Screen Shots if required )
Pre-Packs Production Orders showing PCNF for fully delivered orders. The default confirmation type in CO11N is “Automatic Final Confirmation”. In order to make it go to CNF you have to manually choose “Final Confirmation “from a drop down. Why do these orders behave differently than any other one? When running reports in COOIS, this less than final confirmation is confusing.
Analysis and Recommendations
(Include Screen Shots if required)
It was observed that the order quantity is 52 and operation quantity is 318.

In confirmation we see that the planned total qty is 318 P6, and yield is 53, Hence the status is PCNF.
The unit in Operation Quantity must be EA instead of P6, which should be 318 EA.
A Pre-Pack is a one pack with 6 EA, which makes 53 P6 as 318 EA.
"1 P6 = 6 EA"
Below are the steps:
If we need the quantities as EA in Operation then we hane maintain routing as shown,
1. Maintaining P6 at Routing Header.
2. At operation level the conversions in routing must be maintained as shown in below screen shot.
Test:
we can have a look at Production order 1000240244 for Test,

at operation level in Production order
Resolution
Sent the document to client and the changes were done to existing Routing.
